OFFICE: INTERNAL AUDIT UNIT, OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL (ODG)
SALARY: SG-11 Php20,754.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• Under general supervision, conducts researches to obtain background information on the activities to be audited to determine the impact of the audit, the resources necessary to perform the audit, and possible risks associated with the audit;
• Discusses research findings with the leader of the auditing team;
• Performs simple financial and/or operations auditing work;
• Drafts report on the results of audit completed;
• Discusses audit results with auditee/s before the draft of the report is finalized;
• Makes appropriate recommendations based on the results of the audit;
• Follows-up actions to determine if audit recommendations have been carried out or not and to inquire for the reasons of non-implementation; and,
• Does related work.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: None required
Training: None required
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Good inter and intra-personal relationship and work attitude
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple activities

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with work experience sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 , and January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
