OFFICE: FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION (FASD), REGION IV-A
SALARY: SG-24 Php83,046.00 PERA: P2,000.00 RATA: P10,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 20% Directs, supervises and coordinates the operations and activities of the division;
• 15% Formulates, reviews and finalizes policy recommendations and guidelines relative to financial, personnel and administrative matters;
• 10% Directs the implementation of HR/Personnel, Financial and Supply/Procurement management related polices, rules and regulations;
• 10% Recommends improvement to existing and/or introduces new systems and procedures related to financial and administrative matters;
• 10% Monitors and evaluates all activities of the FASD; 
• 10% Consolidates and analyzes financial and administrative reports submitted by operating units;
• 10% Initiates measures to enhance the capabilities of FASD employees; and
• 5% Performs other related functions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
Experience: 4 years of supervisory/managerial experience
Training: 40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• List of training programs attended within the last five (5) years (2014-2019) indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2018, January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; two (2) Peers and two (2) Subordinates;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• List of at least five (3-5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor (1)
• Peer (1 pax)
• Subordinate (if applicable) (1 pax)
• Client/Stakeholder (1 pax);
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
