OFFICE: REGIONAL OFFICE-FASD, TESDA REGION XII
SALARY: SG-18 Php40,637.00 PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• (10% Supervises budget preparation, execution and reporting activities of the office with complete budget operations as determined by the number of projects or programs, the size of appropriation and the varying  nature of funds and annual obligations;
• 10% Supervises and directs the examinations and review of budgets of all TESDA Supervised schools;
• 10% Formulates Budget Proposals;
• 10% Validates and processes Requests Obligations of Allotments (ROAs);
• 10%Records and control’s the release of funds on S-AROs;
• 10% Facilitates the conduct of Consultations/Workshops for the Work & Financial Planning;
• 10% Facilitates the transfer of funds to the provincial offices/centers;
• 10% Attendance to Budget Consultations at the TESDA Central Office and other sponsoring Agencies;
• 5% Monitors and evaluates programs and services implemented by the division; and
• 5%Performs other related functions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s degree related to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience 
Training: 8 hours of relevant training 
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledgeable and with experience in research;
• Good in oral and written communications and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Physically and emotionally healthy

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with experience sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates (2014-2018);
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; two (2) Peers and two (2) Subordinates;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
