OFFICE: PROVINCIAL OFFICE-PALAWAN, TESDA-REGION IV-B
SALARY: SG-19 Php45,269.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 10% Develops, plans, strategies, policies and guidelines, standards and procedures in the implementation of scholarship programs;
• 10% Develops and introduces measure, systems and structures for efficient and effective implementation of scholarship;
• 10%Develops and handles special programs and projects;
• 10%Plans and processes the national and sectoral-regional allocation of scholarship programs and targeting of beneficiaries;
• Coordinates scholarship applicants to operating units;
• 10%Handles and maintains strategic linkages with internal and external partners and stakeholders;
• 10% Provides technical support, mobilizes resources and conducts field visits with the operating units on the implementation of scholarship;
• 10% Prepares Memoranda of Agreement/Memorandum of Understanding on partnerships;
• 10% Prepares budget proposals, Work and Financial Plans and periodic reports of the Division;
• 10% Conducts researches/studies to assess, among others, the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of the scholarship programs;
• 10% Provides lead technical support in the conduct of scholarship resource planning and workshops;
• 5%Recommends qualifications/programs and training costs for scholarship coverage;
• 5% Plans and proposes strategic partnerships with stakeholders and clients;
• 5% Participates/Attends Inter-Agency Meetings/For and/or conferences; and 
• 5%Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
