POSITION : Administrative Officer IV 
OFFICE : TESDA Region VIII (PO-Catarman, Northern Samar)
SALARY : SG-15 Php24,887.00    
PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Maintains the different books of accounts for all funds;
• Analyzes all accountability reports submitted by the Regional and Provincial Offices;
• Reconciles the balances of accounts for all funds at the CO and RO/PO levels;
• Monitors the compliance to the notices of suspensions or disallowances issued;
• Reviews all disbursement vouchers and accountability reports for submission to the Commission on Audit (COA);
• Prepares financial and accountability reports for submission to fiscal agencies; and
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours relevant training
Eligibility : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge in government accounting & auditing rules and regulations
• Good in oral & written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship & work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics
• Physically fit and healthy 
• Hardworking

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
