POSITION : Administrative Officer V 
OFFICE : TESDA-Region IV-B (PO-Palawan)
SALARY : SG-18 Php31,351.00    
PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Coordinates the programs, projects and services of the division;
• Prepares guidelines for the implementation of programs and services of the division;
• Monitors and evaluates programs and services implemented by the division;
• Disburse funds;
• Maintain books of accounts;
• Prepares Financial statements;
• Prepares Payment of Obligation;
• Implements employee welfare programs;
• Implements Quality Standards and Procedures;
• Implements policy guidelines on property and supply management; and
• Performs other related functions

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Conduct research
• Coordinate Implementation of Programs and Projects
• Maintain Books of Accounts
• Mentor/ Coach Personnel
• Prepare Financial Statements
• Prepare Report
• Process Payment of Obligations

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good in oral & written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship & work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Training : 8 hours relevant training
Eligibility : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall  mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
