POSITION : Senior TESD Specialist 
OFFICE : TESDA Region IV-B (PO-Occidental Mindoro)
SALARY : SG-19 Php33,859.00    
PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Evaluates project proposal and reviews program applications like UTPRAS, PTQCS, KASH and other program;
• Provides secretariat service to RTESDC and other organized bodies;
• Reviews and participates in the works of lower level specialist, organizes capacity  building training programs, determine training needs and prepares Memorandum of Agreements and other partnerships endeavors of the agency;
• Evaluates assigned TESD programs and presents findings and recommendations to the supervisor;
• Conducts regional TESD researches/studies, formulates Survey Questionnaires and coordinates/conducts survey;
• Represents office in the various technical committees under the RDC and other organized bodies initiated by appropriate National Government Agencies (NGA);
• Initiates programs that will contribute to the effective implementation of overall quality system of the agency in the region; and
• Performs other related functions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2  years of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good in oral and written communication
• Good in networking  and linkaging
• Possesses positive attitude towards work and time as required
• Good interpersonal relations
• Proficiency in used of Computer Software

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
