SALARY: SG-27 Php102,910.00 PERA: P2,000.00 RATA: P10,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Assists the Director IV (Executive Director) in managing the operations and activities of the office;
• Establishes and maintains partnerships with external parties/stakeholders in TVET;
• Assists the Director IV (Executive Director) in the formulation of policies and guidelines for the maintenance and enhancement of the efficiency and effectiveness in the management and operations of the TESD delivery in schools, centers, enterprises and communities within acceptable standards;
• Directs the planning of programs and activities relative to the various schools, centers, enterprises and communities within acceptable standards;
• Directs the efficient execution of plans with organized systems and procedures; and,
• Directs the monitoring of outputs and evaluation of outcomes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
Experience: 5 years of supervisory/management experience
Training: 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of supervisory/managerial and other training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates undertaken within the last 5 years (CY 2014-2018);
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or CESPES 2017/Individual/Office Performance Commitment Review (IPCR/OPCR) ratings for July to December 2017 and January to June 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
a. Superior/Supervisor
b. Peer
c. Subordinate
d. Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office with the Certificate of Outstanding Accomplishment, if any;
• Proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal or plaque for awards/rewards received;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down together with the office order of designation;;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC, CES or CSEE, if any.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
