OFFICE: PROVINCIAL OFFICE-SURIGAO DEL NORTE, TESDA-CARAGA
SALARY: SG-22 Php58,717.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Assists the Provincial Director in directing, supervising and coordinating the operations and activities of the Provincial Office;
• Recommends to the Provincial Director systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation;
• Ensures the implementation and conduct of the programs/projects;
• Strengthens and improves the research technology development of the provincial office;
• Maintains public relations with the community, industry and government and non-government organizations;
• Promotes non-formal extension programs;
• Prepares Project Proposal;
• Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports; and,
• Performs related work and other assigned tasks.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Exceptional skills in written and oral communication
• Knowledgeable in the procedures of program registration and compliance audit

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2017 and July to December 2017 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
     a. Superior/Supervisor
     b. Peer
     c. Subordinate
     d. Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down together with the office order of designation;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
