SALARY: SG-19 Php42,099.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Responsible for the implementation of programs/projects and other related activities;
• Develops procedures and techniques in addressing TVET training needs (e.g. curriculum, tools, etc.);
• Establishes close linkages with industry and other partners;
• Facilitates evaluation and monitoring of programs/projects and services including trainees progress and development;
• Provides technical and instructional services to voc-tech institutions and other partners;
• Conducts competency-based training and competency assessment;
• Conducts independent researches/studies;
• Reviews and participates in the work of lower level specialists;
• Maintains training equipment, tools, materials and facilities;
• Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs in the formulation of educational/training program for his/her subject field;
• Coordinates implementation of programs/projects and services; and,
• Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably an Engineering graduate and holder of Master’s Degree or masteral units
• Preferably a holder of NC II
• With knowledge/experience in planning, programs/projects management and development, research
• With ability to network with TVET, industry and other partners, etc.
• Assertive and can work under pressure (willing to work overtime/extend extra services)
• Familiarity with government procedures including accounting and auditing rules and regulations
• Computer literate
• English proficient (oral and written)
• Preferably has undergone Trainers Methodology and Assessors Course
• Adheres to professional/work ethics

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2017 and July to December 2017 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
