SALARY: SG-22 Php58,717.00 PERA: P2,000.00 RATA: P10,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Prepares institutional development plans;
• Manages the operation of the school;
• Directs the planning of programs, activities and the resources for the efficient and effective execution of programs of the school;
• Leads in building a strong and motivated workforce within the school;
• Develops and implements facilities and equipment maintenance system;
• Initiates social marketing, advocacy and networking;
• Facilitates the provision of consultancy, technical assistance to partners and clients;
• Develops human resource complement;
• Establishes and maintains linkages with external partners in education, the local community and industry; and,
• Ensures proper management of funds.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: PBET/Teacher/RA 1080/Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably Master’s Degree Holder
• Good in written and oral communications
• Excellent in technical writing skills
• Good in networking and linkaging
• Possesses positive work attitude and wise time management
• Excellent interpersonal relations
• Proficiency in the use of computer software (Word processing, Worksheet, Powerpoint)
• Physically fit and mentally healthy
• Hardworking, patient and diligent
• Adheres to professional/work ethics

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than January 19, 2018:
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2017 and July to December 2017 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
