SALARY: SG-18 Php35,693.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• Prepares training program in CBC both qualification and full qualification scheme;
• Evaluates aforementioned training programs and recommends areas for improvement;
• Prepares budgetary estimates for Technical Vocational Training Department;
• Plans and directs in-service training activities for the instructional and supervisory staff;
• Directs the preparation and implementation of plans for revision, improvement and evaluation of instructional materials, methodologies and strategies;
• Attends conferences of school officials and other government agencies;
• Holds staff conferences and meetings to discuss school problems;
• Interviews applicants and recommends teaching personnel;
• Maintains public relations with other school personnel, government agencies and the people in the community;
• Supervises reports in relation to the target of CNVS;
• Holds meetings and conferences related to Technical Vocational Training;
• Directs referrals and placements of graduates;
• Plans for the general school expansion program and extension services;
• Implements/Executes school rules, regulations and policies; and,
• Does other school related works.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: PBET/Teacher/RA 1080/Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• At least one (1) year experience in industry coordination
• Computer literate
• NTTC holder
• Proficient in oral and written communications
 
CORE COMPETENCIES:
 
• Work effectively in vocational education and training
• Lead workplace communication
• Supervise implementation of quality standards and procedures
• Supervise workplace health, safety, security practices and environmental requirements
• Facilitate the promotion of programs and services
• Utilize IT applications
• Supervise implementation of TVET program
• Plan training programs

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2016 and January to June 2017 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2016 and January to June 2017 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
