SALARY : SG-21 Php47,779.00
PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Supervises the planning of Training Session;
• Supervises the preparation of Session Plan;
• Supervises the delivery of Competency Based Technical Vocational Education and Training;
• Supervises the planning of Competency Assessment;
• Supervises the conduct of Competency Assessment;
• Supervises the maintenance of training facilities;
• Supervises the conduct of Community Outreach and Extension Services and programs as the case maybe;
• Supervises the preparation and submission of prompt enrolment report (one week after the start of training), terminal report, and student grades (one week after the end of each training).  Maintains files of the aforementioned documents/training batch;
• Assists in the supervision of social marketing and advocacy program of the school;
• Recommends procurement program;
• Assists in the school’s special programs and activities;
• Supervises in the conduct of Career Counselling and Feedbacking Sessions to students as need arises;
• Supervises the efficient and effective utilization of training equipment, tools, supplies and materials;
• Supervises the monitoring of programs and projects conducted and recommends measures for effective implementation of the program; and,
• Performs other functions as maybe assigned by the Superintendent and higher authorities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education    :    Master's Degree
Experience    :    2 years of relevant experience
Training    :    8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NC II)
Eligibility    :    Career Service Professional or any eligibility appropriate for 2nd level position

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Computer literate
• NC II in any trade
• TMC and NTTC holder
• With supervisory experience

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2016 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2016 and July to December 2016 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your three (3) students;
• Proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received;
• Proof of evidences in the form of office order, certification/certificates for the following staff development interventions:
   a. OJT
   b. Job rotation
   c. Reassignment
   d. Coaching/mentoring
   e. Industry immersion
   f. Cross posting
   g. Membership in Ad Hoc bodies
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last five (5) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
•Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
