OFFICE: LABOR MARKET INFORMATION DIVISION (LMID), PLANNING OFFICE (PO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-19 Php39,151.00 PERA: P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Designs dummy statistical tables to produce TVET statistics;
• Prepares required reports for each summary table;
• Prepares data analyses of the gathered summary table;
• Prepares annual TVET Statistics Report to be used by the policymakers, planning officers, and others;
• Conducts researches on TVET trends and developments as inputs to position papers, proposals, among others;
• Provides technical support in the conduct of capability building programs on Policy, Planning and Research;
• Prepares Terms of Reference; and
• Performs other functions as may be required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years’ relevant experience
Training: 8 hours relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in any Statistical Tools/Softwares;
• Proficient in written and oral communication;
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft software applications;
• Capable in applying data security and protection measures;
• Ability to do multitasking; and
• Creative and proficient in infographics.

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2016 and January to June 2016 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2016 and July to December 2016 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
