THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Assists in planning, organizing and coordinating the implementation of programs, projects, activities and systems in various operating units of the agency in the region;
• Assists in the development of programs, projects and systems based on the policy issuances and requirements of the division and operating units (OUs);
• Evaluates implementation of programs, projects, systems and reports to supervisors and OUs;
• Takes charge of the Division in the absence of the Division Chief;
• Leads in the implementation of programs and activities of the assigned unit;
• Reviews and monitors the systems, processes and operations of the unit and provides feedback to supervisor and all operating units;
• Assists in the implementation of and compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System of the agency;
• Prepares agency plans, performance assessment reports, analysis presentation and documentation;
• Assists in the implementation of social marketing and advocacy concerns of the agency; and,
• Performs other functions when deemed necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 3 years of relevant experience
Training : 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility    : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Proficient in computer software operations (including lay-outing of info materials)
• Has good analytical ability and presentation skills
• Has knowledge/experience in social marketing and advocacy
• With high degree of commitment to work

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2015 and January to June 2016 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for  July to December 2015 and January to June 2016 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
