POSITION : TESD Specialist II
OFFICE : TESDA NCR (Regional Operations Division)
SALARY : SG-16 Php26,878.00
PERA : P2,000.00       

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies;
• Provides technical / instructional services to agency beneficiaries;
• Consolidates data and other periodic reports;
• Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs and in the formulation of education / training program for his subject field; and
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Conducts researches (gather, organize, analyze data, etc.);
• Coordinates the implementation of activities (organization of resources, monitoring and evaluation);
• Prepares reports (gather data, draft reports, finalize reports);
• Conducts competency assessment;
• Delivers competency-based training, and managers training facilities.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably  with NC II/ COC
• Knowledge and experience in planning, programs/projects management & development, research
• Established network with TVET, Industry and other  TVET partners
• Assertive and can work under pressure ( willing to work overtime/extend extra services)
• With background in data build up to include processing & analysis of data
• With background in management & development of information system or news writing journalism
• Computer  literate
• Proficient in oral & written communications
• Adheres to professional/work ethics

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
