THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Schedules and/or updates appointment of the Executive Director and other PO staff;
• Prepares materials needed during meetings conducted by the Executive Director;
• Facilitates/Prepares DVs, ObR, certifications and other supporting documents for payments (Globe, EME, PLDT, e-Copy Corp, Toll Fees, TWC Catering Services and S/M suppliers) and monitors fund utilization of the Office unit and divisions;
• Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing;
• Updates, monitors and receives documents;
• Maintains the filing (hard copy and e-copy) and documentation systems of the office;
• Handles/answers incoming and outgoing calls and transfers them to appropriate staff member
• Creates and modifies documents using MS Office; and,
• Performs other technical and administrative concerns of Planning Office as may be required from time to time..

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education    :    Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience    :    1 year of relevant experience
Training    :    4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility    :    Career Service (Sub-Professional)/First Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good in oral and written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Manage records
• Maintain physical assets
• Conduct inventories

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2015 and January to June 2016 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2015 and July to December 2015 and January to June 2016 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
