POSITION :  Supervising TESD Specialist

OFFICE : Marinduque Provincial Office
SALARY : SG– 22 Php47,448.00    PERA :    P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Evaluates project proposals and reviews program applications like UTPRAS, PTQCS, KASH and other program;
• Provides secretariat services to the RTESDC and other organized bodies;
• Reviews and participates in the works of lower level specialist, organizes capability build-up training programs, determines training needs and prepares Memorandum of Agreement and other partnership endeavors of the agency;
• Evaluates assigned TESD programs and presents findings and recommendations to the supervisor;
• Conducts regional TESD researches/studies, formulates Survey Questionnaires and coordinates/conducts surveys;
• Represents the office in various technical committees under the RDC and other organized bodies initiated by appropriate National Government Agencies;
• Initiates programs that will contribute to the effective implementation of overall quality system of the agency in the region; and
• Performs other related functions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education    :    Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience    :    3 years of relevant experience
Training    :    16 hours relevant training
Eligibility    :    CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good in written and oral communication skills
• Good in networking and linkaging 
• Possesses positive attitude towards work and time as required
• Good Interpersonal Relations
• Proficiency in the use of computer software
• Possess Leadership Abilities

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2015 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for January -June 2015 and July-December 2015/January-June 2016 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by (1) Subordinates, (3) Peers and the Immediate Supervisor; 
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by the Immediate or previous Supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
