THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Provides buildings, equipment, laboratory facilities, books and textbooks which are needed by the courses/qualifications being offered;
• Plans, coordinates, administers and evaluates all programs and projects, and activities in the school/college;
• Exercises general supervision and management of personnel under him;
• Acts on all communications including applications for leave of absence and attend to such other matters which are delegated to him by the competent authority;
• Attends or conducts conferences, seminars and workshops; and,
• Does related activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education    :    Master’s Degree in the area of specialization
Experience    :    5 years of supervisory/managerial experience
Training    :    120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years
Eligibility    :    Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility


CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Exercises general supervision and administration of a national, vocational/technical school/college which offers 2-3 year post-secondary and special vocational courses, accountable for all money and property of such school/college and responsible for the care and safety of human and animal lives and the ecological condition of the school
• Facilitate recruitment of teachers and other personnel, recommends promotions and encourages professional growth of teachers and other support staff
• Provides leadership in the conduct of researches and other studies in curriculum development and makes appropriate proposals for improving and updating the curriculum


All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than July 26, 2016:
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;    
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2015 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for January-June 2015 and July-December 2015/January – June 2016 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; two (2) Peers and two (2) Subordinates;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
