POSITION : One (1) Senior Administrative Assistant I
FORMER INCUMBENT : Tomasito C. Asuncion (Retired)  
OFFICE : Procurement Division (PD), AS 
SALARY : SG-13 Php22,328.00    
PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Assist in the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) within Procurement Division in compliance with international quality management systems standards;
• Supports the conduct of periodic inventory undertaking and facilitates physical verification of inventory items;
• Supports the conduct of review and evaluation of incoming purchase request to ensure quality and adequacy of information, specifications and quantities;
• Supports the conduct of warehouse maintenance and storage of supplies and materials, allocation of supplies and materials, monitoring of stock levels, replenishment and distribution of supplies and materials;
• Supports the timely preparation and submission of agency reports and other communication required by oversight agencies (COA, DOLE, etc); and
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Completion of two years studies in college or High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience : 3 years of relevant experience
Training : 16 hours relevant training
Eligibility    :  Career Service (Sub-Professional)/First Level Eligibility

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good in oral & written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship & work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2015 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for January - June 2015 and July– December 2015 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
