POSITION : One (1) TESD Specialist II
OFFICE    : TESDA Region XI (RTC-KPVTC)
SALARY : SG-16 Php26,878.00
PERA :    P2,000.00       

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Conducts training;
• Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies;
• Provides technical services to agency beneficiaries;
• Consolidates data and other periodic reports;
• Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs and in the formulation of educational/training programs;
• Supervises assessment and certification activities; and
• Performs other related functions.

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Conducts researches
• Coordinates the implementation of activities
• Prepares Reports (gather data, draft reports, finalize reports);

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:
• With National Certificate II (NCII) holder in Automobile, Electronics (Mechatronics), Agri-Fishery, Construction (Electrical) and Metal & Engineering Sectors;
• NTTC Holder (Automotive Servicing NC III, Mechatronics Servicing NC II, Rice Machinery Operations NC II, Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II & Machining NC II);
• With Technical Writing Skills;
• With Planning Skills;
• With Monitoring & Evaluation Skills;
• With Research and Development Skills;
• Good in Networking and Link aging;
• Good in  Project Development and Fabrication Skills;
• Good communication skills (oral & written)
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms (Second Level) duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
